Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at A&C Creative Concoctions.

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds for products that arrive faulty or damaged upon delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or "buyer's remorse."

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been used or altered after delivery.

2. Reporting Damage or Faults

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. To initiate a claim, please email us at enquiries@ac-creative-concoctions.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your Order Number.

  • A clear description of the fault or damage.

  • Photographic Evidence: You must attach clear photos of the damaged item and the delivery packaging it arrived in.

Please note: Claims made after the 24-hour window or claims submitted without photos of the original packaging may be rejected.

3. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your email and photographic evidence, we will inspect the claim. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • Replacements: If approved, we will ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not possible or if you prefer a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.

4. Shipping Costs

In the event that we request the faulty item to be returned to us, we will provide instructions on how to do so. AC Creative Concoctions will cover the shipping costs for items verified as faulty or damaged.
